I chose this background because it went really well with the logo and I felt it was a fitting colour for the genre of rock as it was a similar colour to the background of the Mallory Knox album - Asmmetry. Most bands don't tend to have a image of the band or any other image on the front cover as they tend to be bit more simplistic and distniguish themeselves as they are from the indie/garage rock genre. So I just went for the logo and title of the album. I felt it was important to implement the logo because this is way of identifying with fans. Mallory knox album below has their logo on the front cover as well.
